When do I start paying?

Your first month’s storage fee is calculated from the date of box collection for 30 days. Each subsequent billing cycle is 30 days.

Credit Card

You will receive your first bill on the day of first check-in, and our automatic payment system will deduct the amount from your registered credit card within 3 days. Subsequent bills will be issued regularly and deducted automatically.

Bank Transfer, FPS, PayMe, Octopus

You will receive your first bill on the day of first check-in. Please make the payment within 3 days or before the first check-in date, whichever comes first. After that, we will issue regular bills based on your prepayment arrangement.
