      When do I start paying?

      Your first bill will be calculated based on the earlier of the following: the day we collect your items (initial storage) or 14 days after the delivery of empty boxes, until the end of that month.

       

      From the second month onward (including the last month of service termination), bills will be calculated on a full monthly basis (from the 1st to the last day of each month).

       

      Credit Card

      You will receive your first bill on the day of initial storage, and our automatic payment system will deduct the amount from your registered credit card within 3 days. Subsequent bills will be issued regularly and deducted automatically.

       

      Bank Transfer, FPS, PayMe, Octopus, Alipay

      You will receive your first bill on the day of initial storage. Please make the payment within 3 days or before the initial storage date, whichever comes first. After that, we will issue regular bills based on your prepayment arrangement.
