What happens if I miss a payment?
If you do not make payment within 10 days after the bill due date, we will charge an additional fee of 2.5% of the bill amount, with a minimum charge of HK$100.
Continued non-payment may result in service interruption and affect the retrieval of your stored items. If you have any payment issues, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve them.
