What happens if I'm a "no-show" for my appointment?

If you are not at the designated location when our team arrives within the booked time-slot, we will apply overtime waiting charges as follows:

• First 15 mins: Free
• After 15 mins, we reserve the right to consider this delivery/pick-up a “No-Show” and charge the applicable add-on fee
• HK$90 for every 15 mins thereafter

The maximum waiting time depends on the situation at the time, and Spacebox reserves the right to make the final decision.
