If your locker won't open, it may be due to a locking issue or items blocking the door. You can try the following solutions:

1. Check the Lock: Ensure the lock is being used correctly. Try reinserting the key or adjusting the lock position.
2. Lock Cutting Service: If the issue persists, our team can provide a lock cutting service:
   • Small Lock: HK$250 each
   • Large Lock: HK$350 each
