      How does the Box Plan work?

      Spacebox offers a convenient one-stop door-to-door storage service

      Suitable for storing smaller items such as seasonal clothing, books, photo albums, and sports equipment. Storage fees are charged per item or box, with a variety of storage box options available. Customers can also store suitcases, cardboard boxes, and other containers directly.

      The service process is as follows:
      1. Empty Box Drop-off: We deliver empty storage boxes to your door. You can pack them at your convenience.

      2. Item Pick-up (Check-in): Our team collects your packed boxes and stores them at our secure facilities.

      3. Item Retrieval (Check-out): Need something back? We will swiftly return your boxes. You can send them back in after re-packing.

      Spacebox (By Box/Item) is an on-demand storage service by box or item. We have 4 different kinds of boxes/units:

      Document Box

      • Size: 42cm(L) x 34cm(W) x 27cm(H), Max. 15kg

      • Can fit approx. 6 big ring files or 3000 A4 sheets

      Standard Box

      • Size: 60cm(L) x 40cm(W) x 31cm(H), Max. 23kg

      • Can fit approx. 20 pairs of shoes OR 40 tees OR 180 DVDs

      Big Box

      • Size: 60cm(L) x 40cm(W) x 45cm(H), Max. 25kg
      • Can fit approx. 60 tees

      Wardrobe

      • Size: 50cm(L) x 43cm(W) x 95cm(H), Max. 15kg
      • Can fit approx. 6-8 thick jackets

      Other Item

      • Max. 25kg, must be able to be carried by one person
      • Total dimension must be within 180cm (Length + Width + Height), the longest side must be within 120cm
