      How do I get my items back (Check-out)?

      You can schedule your Check-out appointment through the following methods:

      The selected date and time will depend on availability, and our team will contact you to confirm the retrieval arrangements. Please note that our daily cut-off time is 12 noon. For urgent delivery, we will charge an Express transport fee (By Box / Item Storage: HK$20 per box / item, with a minimum charge of HK$200), and the arrangement will depend on the availability of transportation services.
