Are there any surcharges?

The following fee schedule is for reference only; all charges are subject to the quotation.

Stair Fees
- As per the quotation.

Urgent delivery fee (same day)
- As per the quotation.

Container fee
- Document Box: HK$20 each
- Hanging Box: HK$79 each
- Standard Box / Big Box: HK$15 monthly rental each

Remote Area Surcharge (per trip)
- Discovery Bay: HK$250
- Airport: HK$200
- Remote parts of the following locations - Sai Kung, Sheung Shui, Fanling, Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Tai Po, Kam Tin, Sha Tau Kok: HK$120

Overtime Waiting Charges
- First 15 minutes: Free
- After 15 minutes, if the customer is still not present, Spacebox reserves the right to cancel the delivery without notice and charge accordingly.
- Additional overtime fee: HK$90 per 15 minutes.
- Customers can choose a delivery time slot in 3-hour intervals; the driver will arrive within that time. If the customer is not present at the registered address, overtime waiting fees will be charged as outlined above.
- Maximum waiting time will depend on the situation, and Spacebox reserves the final decision.

Change of Transport Schedule
- Notify us before 3 PM the day before the appointment: Free (only one free change allowed; otherwise, a HK$500 administrative fee will be charged).
- Notify us after 3 PM the day before or on the day of the appointment: HK$500.

Service Cancellation Fees (if empty boxes have been delivered)
- All empty box delivery and pickup transportation fees: HK$180 per trip (includes 12 boxes; HK$15 for each additional box).

Empty Box Delivery
- HK$200 per trip.

Pickup Fees for Empty Standard Boxes / Big Boxes (after the final check-out)
- Returned within 15 minutes during final check out: Free
- Requires separate arrangements for pickup: HK$200 per trip.

Lost/Damaged Boxes
- HK$250 per box.
